Kickboxing Bootcamp:
This is a cardio workout that you have been waiting for! It leads you
through kicks, punches, lunges, and aerobic moves in order to
maximize calorie burn. Our unique muscle-toning moves will sculpt the
legs, quads, glutes, abs and crucial bicep, tricep and deltoid muscles.
You will learn kickboxing techniques while burning ft and increasing
your energy level.
